You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success and work with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.             Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2.             Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' goals, challenges, and pain points, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

3.             Product/Service Presentation: Present and demonstrate company products/services to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.

4.             Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts, ensuring they align with both client expectations and company objectives.

5.             Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing client inquiries and concerns.

6.             Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, consistently striving for excellence.

7.             Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.

8.             Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.

9.             Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications:

•              Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  Preferred but not required.

•              Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.

•              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•              Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

•              Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•              Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

•              Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

•              Adaptability and a willingness to learn about new products and industries.
