Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking an experienced Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support a new opportunity. Responsibilities include: Monitor the activities of all personnel on the Secure Construction Site (SCS) at all times Document activities of personnel on the SCS Document all security incidents on the SCS Perform in-depth inspection of construction materials, tools, and equipment prior to and after their use/installation ensuring all items are free of tampering and identifying all anomalies Inspections will include the use of specialized equipment including the Non-Linear Junction Detector, Spectrum Analyzer, and Portable X-Ray machine Utilize Technical Security Counter Measure equipment to screen equipment and materials Identify anomalies and variances in construction work against the official project construction plans Perform close-in/Seal-in inspections in accordance with the CSP, SSM, and SSC Direction Perform access control functions including personnel and bag searches Carry out opening and closing procedures of the SCS each day as directed by the SSM Operations may include 24/7/365 operationsActive TS/SCI Clearance Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience or equivalent experience such as security experience.
