Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Hinton, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load live turkeys safely and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to load and unload live turkeys.
  • Ensure the safe handling of live turkeys during loading and unloading processes.
  • Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
