Guest Engagement Lead Generation Hospitality Performance-Driven Earning Opportunity

Capital Vacations is growing our Cape Cod team and looking for an outgoing, energetic Guest Marketing Agent who knows how to connect with people and create excitement.

This is a guest-facing marketing and lead generation role where your ability to build relationships, generate qualified opportunities, and deliver results can directly impact your earning potential.

Commission centric position with earnings between $65,000 to 100,000K!

What Youll Do
  • Engage guests and owners in friendly, professional conversations
  • Build rapport and create memorable guest experiences
  • Generate qualified leads and opportunities for the Sales team
  • Invite qualified guests and owners to learn more about Capital Vacations
  • Assist with guest check-in and on-site needs
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls as needed
  • Stay knowledgeable about Cape Cod attractions, restaurants, beaches, and activities
  • Complete required documentation accurately
  • Meet or exceed performance goals
  • Follow company policies and protect guest information
Who Were Looking For

You dont need a traditional marketing background. If youre a people person who is confident, energetic, motivated, and comfortable starting conversations, you may be a great fit.
