Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical condition and develop personalized care plans to address their specific goals and needs.
  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and treatment techniques to improve patients’ physical capabilities, focusing on restoring function and mobility.
  • Maintain a manageable patient load to provide individualized care, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and support they need for effective rehabilitation.
  • Utilize advanced manual therapy modalities and exercise programs tailored to enhance patients’ strength, flexibility, and coordination.
  • Motivate and inspire patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them overcome challenges and achieve milestones toward recovery.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, particularly using Web PT software to track interventions effectively.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create a seamless care experience.
  • Assess and adapt treatment plans continuously based on patients’ progress and feedback, ensuring responsive and effective care delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Cape Cod Orthopedics, you will primarily serve patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure comprehensive understanding and application of physical therapy principles.
