Position Overview

Work Environment

This position is located onsite at our Home Care facility, where you will work closely with patients in need of rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy sessions to patients, focusing on their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, allowing you to deliver dedicated attention and effective treatment to each patient.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient treatment to devise and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Focus on non-surgical alternatives, encouraging the use of cost-effective treatment methods to enhance patient mobility and function.
• Integrate evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient outcomes.
• Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a motivating environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment effectiveness.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, for precise documentation of treatment progress and outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment effects while adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will be on a diverse range of patients requiring outpatient therapy, including individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. You will work with active individuals from various ages and backgrounds, helping them regain their functionality and achieve their personal health goals.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and a demonstrated ability to create effective exercise programs.
• Proficient in using EMR systems, specifically Web PT, for accurate clinical documentation.
• Strong understanding of contemporary physical therapy techniques supported by current research and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering successful rehabilitation outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Experience using evidence-based practices and methodologies in treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between $100,000 and $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
