Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS) is seeking an on-site Veterinary Radiologist to join our growing emergency and specialty hospital in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts.

About CCVS
Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is a growing specialty and emergency-critical care hospital with locations in Buzzards Bay and Dennis, MA. As the only emergency and specialty referral hospital serving Cape Cod and the Islands, we provide advanced, compassionate care to pets and the people who love them.
Our team includes more than 20 specialists across nine specialties, including Emergency and Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Anesthesiology, Exotic Medicine, and additional specialty support. We also offer rotating and specialty internship programs, an ECC residency, a surgery residency, and a structured ECC mentorship program.
CCVS is continuing to grow. Our hospital expansion, on track for completion in early 2027, will include MRI and fluoroscopy, along with the addition of three new specialties: Neurology, Ophthalmology, and Dentistry. This growth reflects our commitment to expanding access to specialty care while continuing to invest in our people, our equipment, and the future of veterinary medicine on Cape Cod.
About the Role
As a Veterinary Radiologist at CCVS, you will provide expert imaging interpretation and work closely with specialists and emergency clinicians across the hospital. This is an in-hospital role designed for a radiologist who enjoys collaboration, teaching, and being part of the clinical decision-making process.
You can expect to:
  • Provide diagnostic imaging support for a busy emergency and specialty caseload
  • Collaborate with specialists across multiple services, including Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care, Cardiology, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, and Exotic Medicine
  • Work closely with our skilled technical and support teams
  • Support and mentor interns, residents, and veterinary technicians
  • Participate in rounds, case discussions, and continuing education
  • Help shape the growth of the Diagnostic Imaging service as CCVS expands
  • Maintain work-life balance with a flexible four-day workweek

Advanced Imaging and Equipment
Our diagnostic imaging service currently includes:
  • Sound Smart PACS and VetRocket reporting system
  • Dragon voice recognition software
  • In-house 64-slice GE Revolution Maxima CT
  • GE Logiq E10 and GE Logiq S8 ultrasound machines
As part of our upcoming expansion, CCVS will be adding MRI and fluoroscopy, further strengthening the hospital's ability to provide advanced diagnostic and interventional support across services.

We are seeking a board-certified Veterinary Radiologist or board-eligible candidate who is excited to work in a collaborative specialty setting.
