Cape Cod Healthcare is expanding its primary care division and seeking a physician for an outpatient-only position. This role offers a flexible work model and support staff to align with individual compensation and work/life balance preferences. The position provides an opportunity to enjoy coastal living with a 4-day work week and manageable call schedule.

  • $275,000 ++ Base Salary
  • $50,000 Sign On Bonus
  • $50,000 Loan Forgiveness
  • $3,000/month housing stipend for one year
