Your Role Impact
  1. Master Lead Conversion: Diligently follow up with prospects and transform high-quality leads into loyal clients.
  2. Consult Guide: Conduct expert buyer and seller consultations to accurately match clients with their dream properties.
  3. Showcase Properties: Host dynamic open houses and leverage our in-house marketing tools (including business cards, signs, and single property websites) to attract buyers.
  4. Manage the Process: Oversee the transaction lifecycle alongside our specialized deal support team to ensure a seamless experience for all parties.
Qualifications
  1. Active Real Estate License (Mandatory)
  2. Past sales experience is preferred, but a relentless drive to succeed is required.
  3. Tech-savvy and willing to adopt our integrated tools like the TMS BackOffice system.
  4. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year (Commission Pay)

Schedule:

  2. Self-determined schedule
  3. Weekend availability
