Job description

Full-Time Front Office & Social Media Coordinator Dentique by Dr. B | Ahwatukee, Phoenix, AZ

Dentique by Dr. B is looking for a bright, bubbly, creative, and detail-oriented Front Office & Social Media Coordinator to join our team!

We are a modern, cosmetic-focused dental practice looking for someone who can bring personality, organization, creativity, and attention to detail to both our front office and our social media presence.

This is a full-time position with a unique blend of patient care + front office responsibilities + social media content creation. Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, loves being on camera, has a creative eye, and is excited about creating engaging content for a growing dental brand.

✨ What You'll Be Doing

Front Office Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner

  • Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude

  • Check patients in and out

  • Schedule and confirm appointments

  • Assist patients with questions regarding appointments, treatment, and general office information

  • Collect payments and assist with front-office administrative duties

  • Maintain accurate patient information and records

  • Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email

  • Help keep the front office organized, polished, and welcoming

  • Provide an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door

Social Media & Content Creation — Your Main Focus!

A major part of this position will be helping Dentique by Dr. B stand out online.

You will be responsible for helping develop and execute our social media strategy, including:

  • Creating fun, creative, and engaging social media ideas

  • Planning content and developing new concepts for Reels, Stories, TikToks, posts, and educational content

  • Filming videos in the office

  • Being comfortable appearing on camera and encouraging team members to participate

  • Editing short-form videos and Reels

  • Creating graphics and social media content

  • Writing captions and developing creative copy

  • Photographing before-and-after cases, office moments, team content, and behind-the-scenes footage

  • Staying current with social media trends, sounds, formats, and viral content

  • Creating content that feels fun, elevated, modern, and authentic

  • Helping showcase our cosmetic dentistry services and the Dentique patient experience

  • Maintaining a consistent posting schedule

  • Coming up with fresh ideas rather than simply reposting the same type of content

  • Tracking what content performs well and using that information to create even better content

The Person We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Bright, bubbly, and outgoing

  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized

  • Creative and naturally full of ideas

  • Comfortable talking to patients and making people feel welcome

  • Comfortable being on camera

  • Social-media savvy and familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reels

  • Comfortable filming and editing video content

  • Able to recognize a good photo, video, trend, or content opportunity

  • A self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to post every day

  • Professional, dependable, and positive

  • Able to multitask and switch between patient care and creative projects

  • Someone who takes pride in their work and notices the little things

  • Fashionable, polished, and understands the importance of a beautiful brand aesthetic

  • Someone who can bring energy and personality to the office

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Previous dental or medical front-office experience

  • Experience managing a business social media account

  • Experience with Instagram Reels or TikTok

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar editing platforms

  • Photography or videography experience

  • Experience creating content for a luxury, cosmetic, beauty, fashion, or healthcare brand

  • A portfolio or examples of social media content you've created

Why Dentique by Dr. B?

At Dentique, we believe dentistry should feel beautiful, personal, modern, and fun. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of building a brand—not just someone who wants to sit behind a desk.

If you're the person who is constantly thinking, “That would make a great Reel!”, loves making people feel comfortable, notices every little detail, and enjoys creating content that people actually want to watch, we want to meet you!

This position is perfect for someone who loves both people and creativity and wants a role where no two days are exactly the same.
