CONTENT CREATOR

DEPARTMENT

Marketing

LOCATIONS

Scottsdale, Gilbert, Glendale, Shea (Onsite - Travel   Required)

REPORTS TO

Company Marketing Manager

PURPOSE

The Content Creator owns CCP's digital presence across all platforms and all four club locations. This is a fully onsite, court-level role - you are present at the clubs, traveling between locations, capturing live moments, and keeping the energy of Center Court Pickleball visible everywhere online. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position: your content fills courts, converts followers into members, and tells the story of what makes CCP the premier destination for the fastest-growing sport in America. You will lead the Shea location's social launch, manage and grow three active club channels, and serve as the creative engine behind every campaign, graphic, Reel, and post we publish.

PRODUCT

What you deliver:

A consistent, high-quality content presence across all major social platforms for four club locations

A successful Shea location launch campaign driving pre-opening awareness, founding member sign-ups, and opening-day traffic

Branded graphics, video, and photography assets that reflect CCP's visual identity and brand standards

Measurable growth in followers, engagement, reach, and membership inquiry attribution across all channels

A full-service content operation - creation, scheduling, community management, analytics, and reporting - running without handholding

PLATFORMS

Actively Managed (All Four Locations)

Instagram - Primary channel. Reels, Stories, carousels, daily engagement, and campaign execution.

Facebook - Event promotion, group management, paid post coordination, and local community reach.

Google Business - Reviews, posts, Q&A, and profile maintenance across all four locations.

LinkedIn - Brand credibility, hiring visibility, partnerships, and corporate events/sponsorship outreach.

Build & Launch

TikTok - Build and own CCP's presence. Trending audio, fast edits, viral court moments.

YouTube - Long and short-form. Tutorials, event recaps, member spotlights, YouTube Shorts.

Threads - Real-time community conversations, behind-the-scenes commentary, brand personality.

Pinterest - Visual storytelling, lifestyle content, club aesthetics, searchable inspiration boards.

PROCESS

Content Creation

Be on the courts at all four locations - filming matches, clinics, tournaments, and member moments.

Attend monthly club events, leagues, tournaments, and activations at all four locations - Scottsdale, Gilbert, Glendale, and Shea - to capture live photo and video content. Travel between locations is required and expected as a regular part of this role.

Create platform-native content for all eight channels. No copy-paste posting - each platform gets what it deserves.

Design branded graphics in Canva aligned with CCP brand standards - polished, on-brand, and distinctive.

Build and manage a multi-platform content calendar aligned with events, promotions, and membership campaigns across all four locations.

Maintain organized content archives and keep website galleries fresh with event recaps and club highlights.

Own and maintain the digital events calendar for all four club locations - keeping it current, accurate, and published across all channels so members always know what's happening on the courts.

Ensure onsite events calendars are up to date and visually current at each club location, including all facility TVs - managing displayed content, event promotions, and club announcements across in-facility screens at all four locations.

Shea Launch Campaign

Develop and execute a full pre-opening social campaign for the Shea location - building awareness and founding member momentum from day one.

Create teaser content, behind-the-scenes construction/setup content, staff introductions, and opening-day coverage.

Coordinate with the Shea GM and leadership team to align social content with the opening timeline and membership goals.

Drive Shea's social profiles from zero to active and growing before the doors open.

Design Ownership

Own all branded digital design work across CCP - social graphics, event flyers, promotional banners, digital signage, and email headers.

Maintain brand consistency across all four locations and all eight platforms using CCP's established visual identity.

Build a reusable library of branded templates in Canva that GMs and the membership team can leverage for local promotions.

Collaborate with leadership on campaigns requiring custom design assets - tournaments, sponsorships, special events.

Community & Membership Growth

Monitor DMs, comments, and Google reviews across all four locations and respond in a voice that turns curious followers into paying members.

Partner with the sales and membership team to align social campaigns with membership drives and promotional offers.

Highlight member stories, testimonials, and milestones that showcase community and drive new interest.

Support event-based lead generation with compelling pre-event hype and post-event recaps that drive follow-up inquiries.

Strategy & Analytics

Track performance metrics across all platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Insights, YouTube Studio) and turn data into smarter content decisions.

Report monthly on engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, and membership inquiry attribution.

Collaborate with Club GMs and leadership to keep content aligned with what's happening on the ground at each location.

Manage the content approval workflow and ensure all published content meets brand and messaging standards.
