PRC Industrial, a Singer Industrial Company, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team!

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure the timely and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. They play a key role in prioritizing order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:
    • Oversee the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
    • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  2. Space Utilization:
    • Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity.
    • Plan and implement efficient storage solutions.
    • Coordinate with other departments to forecast space requirements.
  3. Order Fulfillment:
    • Ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
    • Implement efficient order fulfillment processes.
    • Monitor and improve order accuracy.
  4. Supervision and Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  5. Safety and Compliance:
    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
