Role Summary

The Advice Growth, Senior Manager is a critical member of the Advice & Client Product Marketing team that will support the execution of the Individual Investors (II) Advice Strategy. We're seeking a dynamic professional who can lead the marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution of our advice offers. This role will also support the development of key business requirements for strategic initiatives and identify engagement tactics that drive greater client adoption of key services and offers.

Responsibilities

  • Own advice offer development, synthesizing market, client, and performance insights into clear recommendations; develops robust business cases for high-conviction offer components.
  • Support go-to-market strategy execution for advice offers by partnering with segment marketers, sales, client experience teams to ensure differentiated positioning.
  • Conduct and interpret wealth management market and competitive assessments, developing insights and recommendations around growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and overall competitive positioning.
  • Monitor the health of the advice offer suite, identifying enhancement opportunities based on adoption trends, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Define business requirements for strategic growth capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional partners to prioritize, design, and implement new capabilities that support long-term growth objectives.
  • Design, test, and refine client engagement strategies that increase conversion into advice offers; partners with key stakeholders (segment marketers, data analytics) to assess and continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through implementation

Preferred:

  • Experience in Wealth Management, including marketing, go-to-market strategy, sales or management consulting
  • MBA or advanced business degree
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions such as market research, marketing, sales, advisory, and client experience
  • Experience developing and executing data-driven client engagement and conversion strategies

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
