Industrial Facility Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of site technicians and ensuring the facility operates at peak efficiency with the highest standards of safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and leadership presence to manage people, processes, and external partners effectively.

Position Responsibilities:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Coordinate daily work schedules, task assignments, and coverage to ensure consistent operational uptime.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and on-the-job training to build technical capability across the team.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Oversee monitoring and maintenance of all performance and uptime across the facility.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules, including building and container filter changes, miner cleaning, and system inspections.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations of the facility.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, dust) and direct corrective actions to protect equipment longevity.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Maintain accurate operational logs, incident reports, and performance records.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Enforce all site safety policies and ensure the team adheres to OSHA guidelines, PPE requirements, and electrical safety protocols.

Requirements
