Compensation DOE: 90-110k plus bonuses


Position Overview:

A growing industrial manufacturer is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead expansion into new markets, applications, and customer segments. This highly visible role will focus on identifying opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving new business growth across targeted industries.


Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities and customer relationships
  • Identify and evaluate new markets aligned with company capabilities
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support new applications and market expansion
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Maintain CRM activity and provide regular pipeline updates


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in industrial manufacturing, packaging, material handling, automation, or related industries
  • Proven track record of generating and closing new business
  • Strong hunter mentality with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing opportunities through a CRM platform
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%
