Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities: What You?ll Do
Embody the company?s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
Research new companies, source contacts, and execute new business development calls and meetings.
Expand the client base by developing and providing solution-based options.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and prospect plans to drive growth, documenting all activity in the CRM.
Facilitate new client intake calls and customer agreements.
Price and negotiate business in alignment with market strategy.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure desired business results.
Identify and qualify business leads.
Document all activity and client communication in the CRM tool.
Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus!
Participate in and prepare for 1 on 1s, sales coaching sessions, sales meetings, client planning, client reviews and sales pipeline review.
Prospect Management:
Research new companies and complete pre-call planning.
Source and Identify company contacts.
Execute new business development calls.
Execute new client meetings.
Actively participate in assigned territory networking functions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor?s degree is strongly preferred.

Schedule, Compensation, & Benefits
Working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000/ year
Weekly KPI Bonus: Earn additional weekly payouts for hitting core performance metrics and activity targets.
Account Closing Bonuses: Bonus for every new account you secure.
