  • Overview

    This lab-based role willprovide hands-onsupportfor BiopharmaAnalyticalTechnicalDevelopmentby executing critical experiments, advancing the science of animal health.

    Compensation:$21.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Executesample testingusingbasicanalytical tools including, but not limited to,RP-HPLC, SEC,icIEF, CE-SDS, andELISA

    • Organize, interpret, and present experimental data to peers to support project advancement

    • Design, execute, analyze, and evaluate experiments that meet R&D product development objectives

    • Ensure experiments are well designed and documented with clear objectives

    • Technically manage small-scale laboratory projects asrequired

    • Identifyprocess improvement opportunities through data analysis, observation, and technical report writing in collaboration with senior scientists and technicians

    • Organize and execute routine experimental workin accordance withestablished methods, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines

    • Ensure high-quality data and documentation practices by authoring technical reports and contributing to the creation ofSOPs

    • Independentlyoperateand perform basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment relevant to assigned work

    • Recognize and communicate atypical results/deviations and support investigation and resolution as needed

    • Accurately document work in batch records and/or electronic laboratory notebooks

    • Collaborate with scientistsandcross-functional teams to share key learningsto advance portfolio projects and drive new platform innovations

    • Able to adapt to new procedures and evolving project needs in a dynamic R&D environment

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory work environment and encourage safe behaviors by coworkers

    • Contributes to a cohesive team environment andmaintainsa positive attitude

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor'sdegree inChemistrypreferred

    • Bachelor'sdegree inBiology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific disciplinewill also be considered

    • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, technical curiosity, and high learning agility

    • Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting technical data

    • Solidorganizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver results.

    • Demonstrated ownershipwiththeability toprioritize andmanage multipletasks efficiently

    • Interestin pharmaceutical science and drug product manufacturing, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area

    Additional Preferences:

    • Hands-on experience with basic analytical tools (RP-HPLC, SEC,icIEF, CE-SDS, and ELISA)

    • Previousexperience inanalytical development.

    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.

    • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
