Senior Manager, Pricing - Miami (Hybrid)

In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for developing pricing strategies for a portfolio of current and future products in Western Union's fast-growing digital channel. You will also be partnered with a variety of cross-functional and regional teams to test, evolve and scale new pricing strategies and capabilities.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Western Union will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. Applicants must be based in Miami or Atlanta or willing to relocate to Miami or Atlanta to work from the Miami or Atlanta office a minimum of three days a week. Western Union will not assist with relocation costs for this position.
Role Responsibilities
  • Define the top-down pricing strategy globally for Western Union and assist the regional and cross-functional leaders in activating that strategy.
  • Set the overall prioritization of capability development for the broader pricing team based on the needs of the business.
  • Test new pricing strategies and partner with regional teams to scale successful tests.
  • Monitor global price performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business impact across a broad range of topics.

Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative function in Business, Economics, or Math. MBA is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategy, analytics or product with financial services, consumer retail or consulting industry experience at a top firm.
  • Strong data analytics background including working with large data is required.
  • Experience with Snowflake is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate across a large and diverse organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and build teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics and the use of analytics to solve business problems.
  • Basic knowledge of technology solutions/product development.
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) needed.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL and Power BI is highly preferred.

Salary
The base salary range is $125,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
