Job description

The Business Development Manager leads sales initiatives and drives revenue growth through direct selling. This role is an individual contributor and requires a proven track record of consistent sales achievement, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies in the IT managed services market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

· Own and expand sales territory, developing new logos and expanding strategic accounts within the IT managed services market

· Create and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives

· Identify and pursue key market opportunities

· Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic clients

Direct Sales:

· Lead full-cycle sales efforts from prospecting through close, managing consultative sales cycles

· Build and maintain strategic client relationships

· Lead solution development for enterprise opportunities

· Achieve personal sales quota while supporting team goals

· Navigate and influence C-level decision-making processes

Team Development:

· Share best practices and winning strategies

This position will work in office with some travel to make sales calls, meet customers and prospects. No overnight travel is required.

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
