Job Description Summary:

Director, Sales Capability

Help shape the future of system capabilities by advancing foundational capability programs, strengthening collaboration across the system, and bringing innovative learning solutions to life. Thisrole will play a critical part in building the capabilities needed to support evolvingsystem,customer and consumer needs while accelerating our long-term growth ambitions.

Job Description Summary:

The Director, SalesCapabilityis responsible fordeveloping a strategic capability roadmap for NAOU and Bottler Sales teams and building scalable processes toidentify, capture, and rapidly deploy best practices across the system.

This role willleadthe development and alignment of multi-year capability plans in partnership with Account and Franchise teams, ensuring strategies are tailored to the evolving needs of each sales organization.

Partnering closely with internal and external capability leaders, this role will design and implement a cross-functional capability framework across Commercial, Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Bottler Operations, and other key focus areas. Theobjectiveis to address the evolving needs of customers and consumers while strengthening competitiveadvantageacross the system.

The development of current and future capability programs will be informed by consumer insights, emerging trends, and Coca-Cola growth opportunities aligned with our 2035 ambitions. This role will also work closely with Franchise teams to plan and execute bottler capability engagements and drive post-engagement capability action planning.

In addition, this role willleverageglobal best practices byidentifyinginnovative capability approaches across Operating Units and Bottler Partners worldwide and evaluating opportunities to adapt and scale them across NAOU.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Franchise, Capability Development, Learning, and/or Bottler Operations.

  • Demonstratedpassion for capability development, facilitation, and learning.

  • Strong end-to-end knowledge of bottling operations and experience partnering with Bottler Partners to build commercial and operational capabilities.

  • Experiencefacilitatingtrainings, workshops, and presentations for large, diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person environments.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencerequired.

Functional Skills

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful capability sessions and learning experiences.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance existing capability programs and developnew solutions.

  • Drive post-deployment adoption andstewardship ofcapabilities across the system.

  • Demonstratea passion for translating system capabilities into value creation that supports our 2035 ambitions

  • Applya strong growthmindset and lead with agility, adapting direction as needed to deliver high-value capability tools and programs
