Job description

Facey Medical Foundation is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Pediatrician to join a long-established, collaborative medical group in Canyon Country, California. This position is available due to the planned retirement of a pediatrician after 30 years and offers the opportunity to step into a stable practice with strong support, modern facilities, and excellent work-life balance. The group is open to physicians at any stage of their career, including new residency graduates, and values a friendly, team-oriented approach to patient care.
Key Position Details:
  • Outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0-17
  • Average of 20-30 patients per day with age-appropriate visit lengths
  • Light call schedule
  • Nurse triage support screens initial calls
  • Inpatient responsibilities limited to normal newborn rounding
  • Compensation is between $240,000 and $280,000 per year
