Position: Canvass Manager

âś…We are hiring an experienced canvassing leader to lead and grow our door-to-door canvassing team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, bonuses, and overrides.

Required Experience

  • Proven canvassing leadership experience in Home Improvement or related industry (Canvassing Management experience is required)
  • Strong coaching and team management skills

Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers.
  • Conduct regular meetings and coaching
  • Develop and implement canvassing strategies including scripting and training curriculum
  • Plan neighborhood mapping and route strategies
