Position Overview
We are seeking a talented freelance presentation designer to support the creation of a dynamic, visually compelling presentation for the upcoming Martha Summit on October 8, 2026. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Canva Presentation Deck Designer to develop an engaging, polished presentation that reflects strong design aesthetics and storytelling. The ideal candidate will have experience creating visually rich, motion-enhanced, and interactive presentations that captivate an audience.
Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a presentation deck in Canva for the Martha Summit.
  • Create visually engaging slides that incorporate motion, animation, and interactive elements where appropriate.
  • Transform content, data, and key messages into a clear and compelling visual narrative.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation objectives and incorporate feedback.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, imagery, and overall design quality.
  • Deliver the completed presentation approximately one week prior to the event date.


Qualifications

  • Experience designing presentation decks in Canva.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, typography, and storytelling.
  • Ability to create presentations that feel modern, engaging, and design-driven.
  • Experience incorporating motion graphics, animations, or interactive presentation elements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing presentation design work, particularly event, marketing, brand, or creative presentations.
