Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, , hallo, vitejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
About the Team

The Global Agency Partnerships team sits within the GTM organization at Canva with a remit to scale Canva to Enterprises globally by partnering with a network of world-class agencies. These agencies drive awareness, refer new and growth opportunities and unlock fast and meaningful adoption maximum by delivering Canva-led services.

We are at an exciting inflection point. We've built a solid foundation - a growing network of trained, certified agency partners, early wins across onboarding, co-selling, and adoption, and pipeline generation. Now we are developing and operationalizing to deliver growth and dependable outcomes.

About the Role

The Global Agency Partnership Lead contributes to the overall strategy, execution, and success of the program, aligning to Canva's top-line goals.

You will act as the connective tissue between Canva, the Customer, and the Agency Partner - regionally and globally.

You will set direction and get things done.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to the strategy, design and evolution of Canva's global agency program - including engagement models, partner tiers, playbooks, and performance frameworks - aligned to Canva's broader go-to-market strategy.
  • You'll take ownership of key agency programs, moving them from concept to active pilots with clear timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluate partners for strategic fit, service maturity, regional relevance, and ability to deliver Enterprise customer outcomes.
  • Build, recruit, and develop a portfolio of agency partners aligned to Canva Enterprise priorities across training, design services, onboarding, implementation, adoption, and expansion that balances geographic reach, specialization, and commercial impact.
  • Build and activate agency relationships that support enterprise revenue: partner-sourced awareness, qualified pipeline, deal support, and adoption services.
  • Partner closely with North America Sales and Success teams and leaders to embed agency partners into key deal cycles for validation, credibility, and access to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to operationalize a clear partner matching motion for implementation and post-sale services - ensuring strong alignment and quality of engagements.
  • Align with Partner Marketing to optimize partner activity to drive awareness of Canva Enterprise.
  • Maintain strong discipline across partner engagement, referrals, account mapping, opportunity tracking, and reporting.

What we're looking for

  • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, digital platforms, or agency ecosystems.
  • Experience working with agencies, consultancies, or service partners in a commercial or strategic capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise GTM: pipeline generation, sales cycles, onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Expertise working with service partners that support onboarding, implementation, or adoption programs.
  • Commercial instincts paired with operational rigor - comfortable with CRM, reporting, account mapping, and metrics.
  • Experience working across multiple regions or in global teams with regional execution models.
  • Exceptional communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in design, content, martech, collaboration, or creative workflow ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise customers through agency- or partner-led service delivery models.

  • Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents and carers
