Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of major industry events
  • Own full lifecycle from strategy to post-event reporting
  • Partner with various stakeholders to ensure brand representation
  • Manage end-to-end logistics and vendor relationships
  • Track KPIs, forecasting, and budget management
Requirements
  • 8+ years in event marketing, experiential marketing, or industry activations
  • Direct experience with large-scale industry events (CES, NewFronts, Cannes Lions, SXSW, Possible, or similar)
  • Strong vendor/agency management, contract negotiation, and budget ownership skills
  • Proficiency in creating polished presentation decks and organized spreadsheets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including evenings/weekends around events.
