ABOUT VAYNERMEDIA:
VaynerMedia is a contemporary global creative and media agency with an expertise in driving relevance for clients and delivering impactful business results. The independently-owned agency was founded in 2009 and has offices in New York, Los Angeles, London, Singapore and Mexico City. VaynerMedia has been recognized for its work at Cannes Lions, the Clio Awards and The Webby Awards. It is part of the VaynerX family of companies.
This position is a three to six month temporary residency with the potential to go full-time immediately following. We are currently accepting applications for this position to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a TikTok presence with over 15MM subscribers
  • Seek through and review hours of footage to find the best possible contextual creative for the platform.
  • Work hand in hand with the creative team to turn timestamps into high quality contextually relevant video content
  • Plan and execute the programming and content distribution for YouTube channels via a thought out content calendar
  • Continuous active listening on brands currently tracking every follower interaction: comments, responses, DM's
  • Willing to go beyond basic metrics tracking to analyzing and drawing hypothesis, including providing a daily digest of observations + recommendations
  • Seek opportunities to insert the brand in social conversation, whether around relevant trending topics/news or engaging with social influencers/celebrities/other brands

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success growing or managing YouTube channels
  • Experience working on and growing TikTok channels via smart promotion, tactical platform usage and creative analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok best practices and how to drive channel growth
  • A working knowledge of SEO best practices in across YouTube and Google Search
  • Consider yourself a Social Media "know it all" and have experience working across a variety of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Can combine creativity and analytics with the ability to convert into a story
  • Innate curiosity and ability to adapt + be flexible, whether with new tools, platforms, processes, etc.
  • Any experience using the following social listening & project management tools a plus but not mandatory

  • Strong writing and verbal skills.
