Wholesale Territory Representative (1099 Commission-Based)


Dr. Wonderstone is expanding our wholesale sales team and looking for motivated Wholesale Territory Representatives to help grow our retail partner network across multiple markets.

This is a commission-only 1099 opportunity designed for experienced sales professionals, relationship builders, and self-starters who want the freedom to build their own territory and directly impact their earning potential.


Each representative will be assigned a specific region and will be responsible for developing relationships with retail businesses, identifying new wholesale opportunities, and growing long-term partnerships with qualified accounts.


Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, reliable, and comfortable creating their own sales opportunities. This role requires someone who enjoys getting out in the market, building connections, and taking ownership of their territory.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a book of wholesale accounts within your assigned territory
  • Develop relationships with smoke shops, hemp retailers, dispensaries, and other qualified retail partners
  • Identify new business opportunities through in-person visits, networking, and outreach
  • Present Dr. Wonderstone’s wholesale product offerings to potential retail partners
  • Maintain consistent communication with existing accounts to support long-term relationships
  • Track sales activity and follow up with prospective customers


Territory Opportunities

Representatives will be assigned regions based on location and market opportunity. Priority may be given to candidates located near state borders with legal hemp markets, allowing them to develop relationships across multiple states and expand their territory.


Compensation

  • 10-12% commission on wholesale sales
  • Paid weekly through direct deposit
  • Commission-only 1099 contractor position
  • Unlimited earning potential based on territory growth and sales performance


Requirements

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional attitude and reliable follow-through
  • Ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within your assigned territory
  • Must be able to pass a background check


Preferred Experience

  • B2B sales experience
  • Wholesale or account management experience
  • Tobacco, vape, hemp, or cannabis industry experience
  • Experience working with retail businesses
