Their primary role is to promote, sell, and provide information about cannabis products, ensuring that stores are well-stocked and educated about the products they offer. Cannabis Reps also build relationships with clients, provide training to retail staff, and keep up-to-date with industry regulations. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and adaptability help build trust with clients and navigate a rapidly evolving market. These competencies are vital to ensure compliance, drive sales growth, and establish long-lasting partnerships in a highly regulated industry.

Cannabis Reps often encounter challenges such as navigating complex and evolving regulations, managing diverse client needs, and educating buyers about new products in a rapidly changing market.
