Senior Customer Service Representative

Verdes Cannabis | New Mexico
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Compensation $18+/hr DOE

Verdes Cannabis is looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional client service while supporting daily dispensary operations and guiding the CSR team.

The Senior CSR works closely with store management to maintain strong customer service, accurate inventory and cash controls and a positive, organized work environment.

What You'll Do
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional service to every client.
  • Identify clients' needs and make thoughtful product recommendations.
  • Stay current on cannabis products, promotions and New Mexico cannabis regulations.
  • Support CSRs with daily responsibilities, questions and client concerns.
  • Train and mentor new employees.
  • Provide regular peer coaching and help maintain a collaborative team environment.
  • Reinforce store policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Receive, count and enter incoming products into LeafLogix.
  • Audit Dutchie inventory against the sales floor and backstock daily.
  • Maintain accurate transactions, client records, inventory counts and cash drawers.
  • Complete safe counts and opening and closing cash drawer counts.
  • Review and respond to store emails during each shift.
  • Restock products and maintain a clean, organized dispensary.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer service, cash handling, inventory management or employee training.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coach employees and provide clear guidance and support.
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Ability to remain professional during high-pressure situations and changing priorities.
  • Strong data entry, time management and basic math skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Cannabis dispensary or retail leadership experience.
  • Cash control and inventory auditing experience.
  • Experience with LeafLogix, Dutchie, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience training or mentoring employees.
Position Requirements
  • Must be available Monday through Saturday, some Sundays and holidays.
  • Shifts may be scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
  • Must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, climb and reach.
  • Must be able to work in confined areas.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required.
