Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
Are you looking to grow your career in the rapidly evolving cannabis industry? We are currently seeking hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate individuals to join our team across three primary departments.
Whether you have a green thumb for cultivation, a sharp eye for quality trimming, or a knack for precision in packaging, we have a place for you. Please review the specific department roles below and indicate your interest/experience in your application. Final placement will be determined based on business needs as well as the candidate's skills, experience, and interests.
Starting Pay: $16.50/hr.
Facility Department job duties:
Cultivation Department
  • Perform plant maintenance throughout the entire growth cycle (Mother, Veg, and Flower).
  • Execute defoliation, pruning, and up-potting tasks.
  • Ensure the facility remains sterile through rigorous cleaning of benches, reservoirs, and tools.
  • Strictly follow biosecurity protocols (including required showering/scrubbing in) to prevent pests and disease.
  • Monitor and report on plant health, irrigation issues, and environmental factors.
  • Maintain accurate plant inventory counts and traceability.

Harvest & Trim Department
  • Assist in plant takedown, de-stemming, and sorting.
  • Hand-trim dried cannabis with precision, ensuring flower is separated from leaf and waste.
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for weight and quality.
  • Accurately weigh and report harvest batches to ensure compliance.
  • Support the curing and pre-roll production teams as needed.
  • Maintain a sanitized workspace and organized waste disposal per batch.

Inventory & Packaging Department
  • Pull tested inventory based on incoming sales orders.
  • Accurately weigh and package products using various materials (bags, containers, jars).
  • Manage METRC data entry to ensure state compliance and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain an organized vault and participate in internal/external audits.
  • Communicate directly with governing bodies or METRC regarding regulatory interpretations.
  • Prepare all labeling and packaging materials with 100% accuracy.
