Job Description: The Regional Territory Manager - Midwest will drive sales growth, develop new business, manage key accounts, and strengthen customer relationships across the region. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to turn business goals into effective regional strategies while working closely with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
Position Overview
The Regional Territory Manager will be responsible for the overall sales and business performance of the Northeast region. Key duties include managing key accounts, finding new business, achieving sales targets, tracking competitors and market trends, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and business development across the Northeast region.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies and growth plans.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite, engineering, operations, and procurement leaders.
  • Manage and grow key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and project implementation.
  • Develop consultative solutions based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed territory targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Represent Cure8 at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and territory performance reports.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in regional sales, territory management, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills with the ability to translate market data into business opportunities.
  • Ability to operate independently while effectively collaborating within a cross-functional organization.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest territory.
