About You and The Role

Zipline's People team is looking for an extraordinary Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate recruiting team to help propel the Zipline mission forward. Recruiting Coordinators are the lifeblood of a recruiting team, and they are instrumental in ensuring a seamless candidate experience. We welcome candidates with all kinds of interesting experiences to apply to this position! The ideal candidate may be early in their career, but has had some experience working in administrative, organizational, and operations-focused roles before. You should be a self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" attitude. You are insatiably curious, and looking to further a career in Talent, Recruiting, or People Operations. Furthermore, the ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping us hire the best talent in the world!

Please note that this is an in person, onsite position. The perfect candidate is excited to work onsite at Zipline's Headquarters in South San Francisco, CA approximately 4+ days per week.

What You'll Do
  • Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and recruiting process.
  • Own the candidate scheduling process from start to finish, ensuring that they receive timely information and are treated with the utmost respect.
  • Efficiently manage high-volumes of scheduling tasks, while demonstrating problem-solving acumen and creativity to refine and develop processes.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meet and greets with candidates, serving as their host, ally, and point of contact for anything and everything relating to logistics.
  • Efficiently manage and track candidates through our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), while maintaining timely and effective communication internally and externally.
  • Take on an array of special projects that advance the mission of the People team at Zipline.
  • Manage working across various time zones to serve the recruiting and people related needs of our global team.
  • Maintain interview and hiring records, ensuring these documents are well organized and consistently kept current.
  • Hold a comprehensive understanding of our team's recruiting policies, expectations, best practices, and procedures.
  • Identify and address issues that impact the hiring process and candidate coordination.

What Else You Need to Know

The starting cash range for this role is $85,000-95,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact.
