Assistant Candidate Coordinator (Hybrid – Las Vegas)

A well‑established real estate and property management organization is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Candidate Coordinator to support their growing recruitment operations in Las Vegas. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, candidate interaction, and ensuring every step of the hiring process moves forward seamlessly.

 

What You’ll Do

As the Assistant Candidate Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of the recruiting function. You’ll work closely with the lead Candidate Coordinator to maintain accurate applicant data, support screening activities, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

 

Key Responsibilities

Applicant Tracking Support

• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS

• Assign applicants to the correct Job ID and advertising source

• Ensure data integrity across all hiring workflows

 

Resume Screening & Pipeline Support

• Review incoming resumes and identify qualified candidates

• Route applicants to the appropriate hiring manager or department

• Filter out candidates who do not meet role requirements

 

Onboarding Coordination

• Monitor background checks, references, and onboarding tasks

• Communicate updates to candidates and internal teams

• Support a smooth transition for new hires

 

Recruitment Administration

• Assist with job postings and job board updates

• Maintain digital hiring files and compliance documentation

• Support participation in local career fairs and hiring events

 

Bilingual Candidate Support

• Use your Spanish language skills to communicate with applicants

• Assist with screening and follow‑up across a diverse applicant pool
