What you will be doing:
Our team of consumer electronics technicians have great passion for troubleshooting and repairing computers, tablets, cellphones, and anything with a power button! We sell solutions-based products and services and provide fast, accurate repairs on devices that build long-lasting relationships. The Tech expert will work inside a retail store, and be the face of Asurion, delivering award-winning, personalized customer experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Repair a variety of electronic devices including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, and computers.
  • Provide customers with solutions with our in-store services and Asurion connected home products.
  • Repair devices in a quick and efficient manner
  • Keep accurate records of parts and materials during repairs
  • Maintain a tidy and clean work area at all times
  • Perform in your role and achieve your goals by performing timely repairs, providing excellent service, and creating satisfied customers.
