Job description

Location: Citi Field
Address: 12301 Roosevelt Ave
Position: Parking Supervisor
Shifts: Varying Shifts (Sunday-Saturday)
Hourly Pay: $20

Impark is seeking a person for supervising small groups of staff and enjoys working outdoors. Main job functions include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining revenue procedures, filling daily revenue and shift paperwork. Supervising staff arrivals and breaks from parking lots posts. Must be able to remain outside for extended periods of time and rotate short distances between parking booths. Must be available to work majority of NYM home games, US Open Tennis and a few additional specials events and concerts.  
  • Providing great customer service to our guests and staff members.
  • Ensure smooth operation of their assigned Gate, Lanes and/or Lots.
  • At the shift start verify and confirm all required signage is in place, neat and clean in appearance.
  •  Verify and confirm with the cashier their respective lane Counter Start Reading and ensure the readings were recorded on cashiers respective shift reports.
  •  Ensure all cashiers Logged Off the Handheld and printed the Closeout Report.
  • Ensure all cashiers recorded on respective shift report Lane Loop Counter Stop reading.
  • Supervise and ensure all cashiers are performing as per established standards to provide smooth operation at the assigned points of sale.
  • Ensure Traffic Directors are directing traffic as per established patterns and providing Customer Service as per established standards.
  • Deal with any equipment, Handheld and/or Printer malfunction; if no traffic rush closes the lane while dealing with the equipment malfunction.
  • Sign off on all Entries Without Ticket and confirm the Credential Logs were recorded all such eventualities.
  • Deal with any eventual Customer Service issue proactively, in a way that the incoming traffic flow is least impacted or interrupted.
  • Ensure all personnel under their supervision are using their communication devices or radios as per mandated policy.
  • Communicate to the Management and/or Command Post all eventualities of importance or impact to the standard operating procedures.
  •  Ensure all water coolers are filled with enough potable water and have respective lids properly sealed.
  • Any employee concern or issue must be brought to the attention of the Management.
  •  Any other duty or responsibility assigned by the Management as the case might be.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests 
  • Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • At least 18 years of age 
  • Basic math skills 
  • Experience with cash handling is an asset 
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred
