Job Summary:
The Surface Inspection SME will be responsible for the sitewide surface defect inspection equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Technical resource across all APUs.
- Vendor follow-up for correction of system issues.
- APU Technician & PWAT training.
- Develop delay data targeting problem areas for correction.
- Assist APUs in developing PMs & Procedures.
- Audit warehouse spares and engage Procurement.
- Participate in APU 8D Process to prevent future delays.
Qualifications:
- EE, AE, IT, Level 4 ET or Level 3 PWAT.
- Experience in troubleshooting SIS systems.
- Familiar with APU Maintenance & Reliability practices.
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel & PPT)
- Familiar with the creation of PMs & Procedures
- Ability to work across teams.
- Candidate will be trained for SIS.
- Candidate will be trained on thickness gauges but will not be primary focus.
