Job description

Job Summary:

The Surface Inspection SME will be responsible for the sitewide surface defect inspection equipment.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Technical resource across all APUs.
  • Vendor follow-up for correction of system issues.
  • APU Technician & PWAT training.
  • Develop delay data targeting problem areas for correction.
  • Assist APUs in developing PMs & Procedures.
  • Audit warehouse spares and engage Procurement.
  • Participate in APU 8D Process to prevent future delays.

 

Qualifications:

  • EE, AE, IT, Level 4 ET or Level 3 PWAT.
  • Experience in troubleshooting SIS systems.
  • Familiar with APU Maintenance & Reliability practices.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel & PPT)
  • Familiar with the creation of PMs & Procedures
  • Ability to work across teams.
  • Candidate will be trained for SIS.
  • Candidate will be trained on thickness gauges but will not be primary focus.
