Description The Site Security Manager leads day-to-day physical security operations at an assigned cleared site in a mission-critical environment. Reporting directly to the Campus Security Manager, this role provides on-site leadership for cleared security personnel and supports staffing continuity, compliance execution, incident response, audit readiness, training coordination, and daily operational performance. The ideal candidate brings experience supervising security teams in a high-accountability environment and can maintain consistent, compliant execution of site procedures, post orders, documentation, and personnel readiness. Key Responsibilities * Support the Campus Security Manager in executing day-to-day site security operations and provide leadership coverage as needed.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, development, and retention of assigned security personnel.
* Ensure assigned personnel meet applicable training, qualification, and compliance requirements before assuming duties.
* Maintain accountability for site-issued equipment, materials, and operational resources.
* Maintain accurate training records, operational logs, incident documentation, and required personnel records.
* Monitor day-to-day site performance, reinforce post standards, and address operational issues promptly.
* Support internal, customer, and third-party audits, inspections, and compliance reviews through audit-ready documentation and procedural adherence.
* Ensure personnel readiness, operational continuity, and consistent service delivery in a 24/7 security environment.
