Avenue Five Institute is gearing up for its next phase of growth, and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Campus Director to join our team. We are looking for a passionate leader to help build the foundation for our expansion, manage campus operations, and shape the future of our students. Position Overview
The Campus Director is the operational leader of the campus, responsible for driving its overall success. This includes fostering a culture of academic and professional excellence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and achieving key campus goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong manager with a proven track record of leading both students and staff in a fast-paced career school environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Student Management: Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Conduct weekly student assemblies, resolve conflicts, and oversee student conduct and discipline.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of instructors and administrative staff. Conduct regular meetings, evaluate performance, manage schedules, and participate in the hiring process.
  • Administrative Duties: Ensure compliance with all state and national regulatory requirements. Manage campus inventory, approve payroll, and handle escalated concerns from students, parents, and clients.
  • Campus Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and professional campus environment. Oversee the maintenance of the physical space and equipment.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a leadership role at a career school, preferably in the cosmetology industry.
  • Strong understanding of trade school regulations; familiarity with NACCAS regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and meet operational goals.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to student success.
