Job Description

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Operations Specialist to lead and continuously improve the execution of owned digital marketing channels (email, push, SMS) within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and supporting marketing technology platforms, with flexibility as tools evolve. This role ensures campaigns are accurately set up, data is aligned, and processes run efficiently through strong cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Data, and Technology teams. This is not a pure campaign execution role. It is responsible for ensuring reliable end-to-end campaign activation, including platform setup and the upstream and downstream data flows that enable it. While agency partners support campaign production at scale, this role ensures campaigns are set up for success through clear requirements, defined standards, and effective cross-team coordination, and supports ongoing platform evolution.

General Responsibilities

(60%) Campaign Activation & Orchestration

  • Build and execute campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or comparable platforms) on a targeted basis (e.g., complex use cases, troubleshooting, gap coverage), while ensuring agency-built campaigns align to defined standards
  • Establish and uphold standards for campaign setup, QA, and data readiness
  • Validate campaign setup across internal and agency workflows to ensure alignment and identify risks prior to launch
  • Partner with agency teams to define requirements, align on build approach, and ensure adherence to activation standards
  • Monitor campaign execution to identify issues, escalate risks, and coordinate resolution
  • Identify gaps in campaign setup, data inputs, or orchestration logic and drive alignment to resolve them
  • Escalate and track issues through resolution, coordinating across follow-through across internal and external teams

(25%) Platform Health & Activation Readiness

  • Monitor and maintain the health of campaign activation environments, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or comparable platforms) and upstream data inputs (e.g., audience pipelines, attributes, consent signals)
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure audience data is accurate, available, and aligned with campaign needs
  • Validate inputs into activation platforms (e.g., segments, attributes, flags) to ensure readiness for execution  Identify and communicate cross-system dependencies (e.g., data availability, consent, ID alignment) that may impact performance
  • Support resolution of issues impacting campaign execution

(15%) Operational Excellence & Enablement

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on campaign activation processes, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and supporting data workflows
  • Develop and maintain documentation, QA standards, and activation guidelines to support consistent execution
  • Enable cross-functional teams by providing clarity on activation processes, timelines, and requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce friction, and improve efficiency across activation processes
  • Contribute to the evolution of campaign activation processes and supporting technologies to improve scalability and efficiency over time
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing technology, CRM, or similar roles
  • Experience working with enterprise marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms)
  • Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns within enterprise marketing platforms
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity across teams and systems
  • Experience working with marketing, data, and agency partners
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Developer)
  • Experience working within multi-platform marketing or data ecosystems
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), audience pipelines, or marketing data environments
  • Experience supporting platform implementations, migrations, or transitions
  • Experience working in environments with evolving tools, processes, or platform transitions
