Job description

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our global paid media programs across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging channels. In this role, you'll drive campaign execution from strategy through optimization, partner closely with Creative and Marketing Ops, and use AI-powered workflows to help Cresta reach the right buyers more efficiently. You'll join a lean growth team where your work directly influences pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day execution and optimization of global paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging advertising channels
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end, including audience strategy, campaign setup, creative testing, bidding, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Monitor campaign pacing against budget and pipeline goals, proactively identifying risks and adjusting strategy to maximize performance
  • Partner closely with Creative to develop high-performing ad creative and continuously test new messaging, formats, and concepts
  • Leverage AI tools and audience enrichment platforms such as Clay to improve targeting, automate workflows, and increase team efficiency
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and pipeline reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Evaluate new advertising channels, formats, and growth opportunities to keep Cresta ahead of changing buyer behavior
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Marketing Operations to execute integrated campaigns
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media or digital marketing programs within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Proven track record optimizing campaigns against pipeline, revenue, and ROI goals-not just traffic or lead volume
  • Experience managing campaign budgets, reporting performance, and making data-driven optimization decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve marketing execution, experimentation, and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience launching or scaling new paid acquisition channels
  • Experience using Clay or similar audience enrichment and GTM tools
  • Experience working at an AI-native or high-growth startup
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise B2B buying journeys
  • Experience partnering closely with Creative teams to develop high-performing paid advertising assets

Compensation for this position includes Base Salary + Equity.

Base Salary Range: $100k - $165k base.
