As an Account Manager, Programmatic, you will support the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns within our retail vertical. You'll work closely with Account Leads, Coordinators, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work, drive performance, and ensure strong client satisfaction. You bring a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver client-first recommendations and programmatic best practices.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, optimizations, pacing, and reporting.
  • Support the development and presentation of programmatic strategy to improve client performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates.
  • Identify performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and apply data-driven insights.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Coordinators, helping them grow in their roles.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by demonstrating our core values.
  • Bring forward new ideas, tools, and approaches to push innovation and improve workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of programmatic media experience, ideally across CTV, Display, and Video; exposure to Native, Audio, or OOH is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in retail marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, or Best Buy.
  • Proficiency in major DSPs (TTD & DV360 preferred) and familiarity with Ad Servers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience training or guiding junior team members is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT IMPRESSES US

  • Comfort with advanced functions in Excel and/or Google Sheets functions
