OverviewThe Manager, Marketing Operations leads the systems, processes, and operational strategy that support Customer Marketing initiatives and business growth. This role oversees the marketing technology ecosystem from a marketing operations perspective, including marketing automation, CRM usage, campaign operations, reporting, analytics, and digital marketing tools to ensure platforms, workflows, and governance practices are adopted, scalable, and aligned to business objectives. This role will also oversee demand generation campaign operations and cross-functional launch coordination to ensure marketing programs are efficient, measurable, and continuously optimized.
The position leads a marketing operations team and partners with Product Management, Brand & Content, Global Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT to support integrated go-to-market initiatives and customer engagement strategies.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee marketing operations processes, including project intake, workflow management, resource coordination, and operational planning to support Customer Marketing initiatives and business objectives
  • Manage and optimize marketing operations systems and platforms, including marketing automation tools, CRM from a marketing-use perspective, project management platforms such as Wrike, reporting and analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Drive process improvement, adoption governance, workflow standardization, and operational scalability to support efficient campaign execution, data visibility, and cross-functional marketing effectiveness.
  • Managing email marketing, customer lifecycle communications, lead nurture programs, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and database governance to support customer engagement and demand generation objectives.
  • Drive demand generation operations across paid media, digital campaigns, search, remarketing, and lead capture channels; monitor performance and optimization programs to improve lead quality, conversion and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage external agency partners and vendors supporting paid media, demand generation search optimization, and marketing operations initiatives, including performance oversight, budgets, and contract coordination.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Brand & Content, Digital, Global Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT teams to support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide marketing project oversight for new product introduction (NPI) launches, campaigns, and marketing programs, including operational planning, timelines, workflows, milestones, asset readiness, stakeholder communication, launch execution and post-launch performance tracking
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reporting, analytics, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision making, lead management visibility, and measurement of marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage marketing operations, NPI, paid media, and agency budgets, including forecasting, purchase orders, vendor relationships, contract coordination and spend tracking to ensure operational and financial accountability
  • Coach and develop marketing operations team members while fostering a collaboration, high-performing environment focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern marketing tools and practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation marketing automation, or related marketing discipline
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams and external partners
  • Experience managing marketing operations systems and platforms, including marketing automation CRM, project management tools such as Wrike, reporting/analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting, and marketing performance metrics
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvement

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B, healthcare, medical device, or dental industry marketing environments
  • Experience supporting dealer/distributor and direct-to-customer marketing models
  • Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
  • familiarity with digital marketing, paid media, web optimization, and emerging AI-enabled marketing tools.
