Job description

About Maner Costerisan
Maner Costerisan is a full-service public accounting, technology and business consulting firm that has grown into one of the top firms in the Great Lakes region. Ranked as one of the โ€œBest Firms to Work Forโ€ by Accounting Today for 11 consecutive years, we invest in our people so they can invest in themselves, their clients and their communities.
We are a group of passionate, driven and focused individuals with a combination of unique and diverse mindsets, skill sets and experiences dedicated to reaching our potential, so our clients can achieve theirs.
Summary of Responsibilities
At Maner Costerisan, our people and the relationships they build are a big part of what sets us apart. Our team works across industries and services, helping businesses and organizations navigate everything from accounting and tax to technology and business challenges. Content helps us bring more of that knowledge to our clients and prospects, giving them timely, relevant information to make informed decisions and stay two steps ahead.
The Senior Content Strategist will help shape and manage how we do that. This person will manage the firmโ€™s editorial calendar and content pipeline, working closely with subject-matter specialists, agency partners and the Marketing team to develop timely, relevant content. Theyโ€™ll write and edit priority content, manage projects through development and review, and find smart ways to repurpose and extend great ideas across channels.
This role will also be an important part of the firmโ€™s broader marketing efforts, helping connect content across campaigns, events, digital marketing and other initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager, theyโ€™ll use audience insights, search trends and performance data to understand whatโ€™s working, test new ideas and continually improve our approach. Theyโ€™ll also help us explore how AI and new tools can make content development smarter and more efficient.
Weโ€™re looking for an experienced content marketer who brings curiosity, creativity and energy to the role. Someone who wants to learn our business and audiences, ask good questions and try new things, while bringing the strategy and organization needed to turn great ideas into content that connects.
