Weโ€™re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who enjoys solving problems, digging into data, improving processes, and making technology work better for the people who use it every day.

This is a handsโ€‘on role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact. Youโ€™ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to improve our CRM, strengthen data quality, build useful reporting, streamline processes, and help our teams get more value from the tools they use every day.

What Youโ€™ll DoOwn and Improve Our Revenue Systems
  • Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, properties, lists, lifecycle stages, deal stages, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues, data discrepancies, and system integrations.
  • Partner with IT and other system owners to resolve integration and data issues.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the user experience.
  • Help evaluate and implement enhancements to our revenue technology stack.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
Improve Revenue Processes
  • Help optimize lead routing, lifecycle stages, deal stages, SLAs, and handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve the customer and employee experience.
  • Support segmentation, territory, and assignment processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into practical system and process solutions.
  • Help prioritize RevOps projects based on business impact.
  • Document processes and help ensure teams consistently follow them.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into funnel performance, lead sources, campaign performance, conversion, pipeline, and other key metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline review processes with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Proactively identify data or reporting issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Help leaders understand what the data is telling us and where we can improve.
Keep Our Data Clean and Reliable
  • Maintain CRM data standards, required fields, naming conventions, and record ownership.
  • Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.
  • Monitor data quality and develop processes to catch issues early.
  • Ensure segmentation and reporting remain accurate as business needs evolve.
Partner Across the Business
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, BizOps, and IT.
  • Serve as a goโ€‘to resource for questions related to CRM, reporting, data, and revenue processes.
  • Translate business needs into clear system and process requirements.
  • Help teams understand and effectively use RevOps tools and processes.
  • Drive adoption through documentation, training, office hours, and ongoing support.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Handsโ€‘on experience administering and optimizing a CRM; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, properties, lifecycle and deal stages, lists, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Experience troubleshooting CRM integrations, data synchronization, and data-quality issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and a BI or reporting tool.
  • Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience documenting and improving business processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and follow projects through to completion.
Even Better If You Have
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations and tools such as Workato, Zapier, Tray, or Boomi.
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, or basic integration troubleshooting.
  • Experience with data warehouses or ETL/reverse-ETL tools.
  • Experience in a subscription, membership, or recurringโ€‘revenue business.
  • Experience in education, healthcare, or dental.
  • Familiarity with broader goโ€‘toโ€‘market technologies.
  • HubSpot or other CRM certifications.
