Cornerstone Defense is seeking a proactive Counterintelligence Campaign Manager to provide program level support to engage customers on program capabilities. This position will create and run campaigns based on information gathering and stakeholder management, to gain a complete understanding of what mission users are seeking, and also of the campaign workflow.
A comprehensive background in Counterintelligence is required to perform this position as well as an individual who understands how to build relationships with end users while creating value. This position will also work with the PMO to coordinate activities and requirements with mission managers and technical teams.
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with poly is required. Minimum Education: B.S. or relevant experience in Program Management.
  • 8+ years of related experience in Counterintelligence analysis and or Counterintelligence support is required.
  • Experience providing direct support to Government IT Program Managers who manage multiple intelligence community programs.
  • Experience creating and running campaigns using stakeholder management and relationship building techniques.
  • Possess a strong understanding of what mission users are seeking and an understanding of the campaign workflow.
  • Must understand how to build relationships with users and know how to create value.
  • Must be forward leaning.
  • Experience with OneNote and utilizing the application to provide daily/weekly program activity reports, status, program metrics for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding an experience with working within the intelligence community (IC).
  • Possess the ability to prioritize to achieve the most efficient and effective execution of the project objectives.
