Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multi-channel campaign management, audience segmentation, and marketing analytics and a proven ability to design, execute, measure, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns that drive ROI and lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

  • Set pre-campaign analytics objectives, define success metrics, and develop audiences and targeting strategies.
  • Design, coordinate, and schedule multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns and maintain the marketing calendar.
  • Create targeted segments and collaborate on predictive models with analysts, data scientists, and marketing partners.
  • Measure campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and perform mid-campaign optimizations to improve outcomes.
  • Report on ROI and customer lifetime value contributions for in-flight and completed campaigns.
  • Design scalable reporting solutions and interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that adhere to data standards.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear visualizations and executive-level insights for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Assist with adoption and use of digital experience platform technologies, including CDP, CRM, marketing automation, and journey orchestration tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related field.
  • Experience analyzing large structured and unstructured data sets.
  • Hands-on use of digital experience platform technologies such as customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, and journey orchestration.
  • Tool experience with platforms such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, or Redpoint.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, quantitative analysis, active listening, and attention to detail.
  • Proven execution of multi-channel campaigns using marketing automation and campaign management tools.
  • Ability to convert data into meaningful analyses and insights with reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders in a consensus-driven environment.
  • Track record of meeting deadlines with high-quality deliverables while managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
  • High personal motivation, professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends and travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL and Python; experience with Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI.
  • Experience with next-best-action, customer lifetime value, or churn prediction models.
