Position Overview

As our Campaign Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for setting creative campaign strategies and go-to-market campaigns for our Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations portfolio in the global education market. You will help build the vision and plans that will ensure Autodesk becomes a trusted partner with students, educators, and key influencers, strongly aligned and supported in industry. You will report to the Manager, Global Campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development and production of master campaign deliverables, creative concept and bill of materials defined by strategy brief, ensuring consistency, quality and delivery timelines and partnering with external agencies

  • Oversee internal or employee communications strategy based on campaign sizing and relevance

  • Skilled at AI prompt design, rapid iteration, and output evaluation

  • Collaboratewith cross functional teams;Audience Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Strategy, Field Engagement, and Curriculum and Certificationto align strategies, desired outcomes, and reporting

  • Adopt an audience-first mindset across every stage of the lifecycle journey and understand the target audience's needs, preferences, behaviors, and demographics to inform content creationthatresonates,is relevant, impactful,andengaging

  • Developcampaigncreative concepts-e.g.,theme, look & feel-from ideation through to completionvia agency

  • Deliver campaigns, assets, and playbook(s) to customer-facing teams to execute and activate in global markets

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA, BS or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience developing global marketing campaigns for a large company

  • Proficiency with marketing campaign tools (Draftr, Marketo, Airtable, CMT (Salesforce Campaign Management Tool, Allocadia). Data analytics software (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, PowerBI, Fullstory) will be beneficial

  • Demonstrated experience using GenAI/ML to accelerate campaign strategy, creative concepting, content variants, audience insights/segmentation, channel optimization, and experimentation design (A/B, multivariate, incrementality).

  • Proven successinfluencinglarge, global, cross-functional teams from planning to execution

  • Excellent written and oral communication skillsarerequiredto buildcustomer-facing campaigns, assets,creative briefs,and campaign strategy presentations

  • Superviser la strategie de communication interne ou destinee aux employes en fonction de l'ampleur et de la pertinence des campagnes

  • Maitrise de la conception de requetes pour l'IA, de l'iteration rapide et de l'evaluation des resultats

  • Collaborer avec des equipes multidisciplinaires: marketing d'audience, marketing terrain, strategie numerique, mobilisation terrain, ainsi que programmes d'etudes et certification, afin d'aligner les strategies, les resultats attendus et les rapports

  • Adopter une approche centree sur l'audience a chaque etape du cycle de vie, et comprendre les besoins, preferences, comportements et caracteristiques demographiques du public cible afin d'orienter la creation de contenu pertinent, percutant et engageant

  • Developper des concepts creatifs de campagnes - par exemple le theme et l'identite visuelle - de l'ideation jusqu'a la realisation, en collaboration avec des agences

  • Fournir les campagnes, les ressources et les guides d'execution (playbooks) aux equipes en contact avec les clients pour leur deploiement sur les marches mondiaux

  • Gerer la strategie et le developpement des campagnes mondiales de maturation (nurture), en mettant l'accent sur les 60 premiers jours suivant le telechargement par les audiences, et au-dela

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $74,000 and $133,100. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
