Job description

Digital Marketing Manager
Optimum Human + Southwest Women's Oncology | Albuquerque, New Mexico
Why This Role Matters
Every patient and client who finds us online, books an appointment, reads a review, or opens an email is touching the digital experience this role owns.
The Digital Marketing Manager will own digital strategy across all seven Optimum entities-directing paid media, managing campaigns end-to-end, optimizing conversion, and reporting performance at the executive level. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role spanning every digital channel: paid search, paid social, email, GHL, GA4, reputation, and CRO. We hire for attitude and aptitude above all else.
Who We Are
Southwest Women's Oncology (SWWO) is New Mexico's leading gynecologic oncology practice, delivering advanced cancer care with skill, courage, and compassion.
Optimum Human and Optimum Infusion extend that mission into performance medicine, infusion services, longevity, recovery, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapies, hyperbaric medicine, aesthetics, and human performance.
Together, we operate as a single integrated platform committed to one mission: to deliver new possibilities in medical care, human performance, and health by uniting passion, knowledge, and precision into something greater than the sum of its parts.
What You'll Own
Paid Media
Buy, place, and optimize campaigns directly across Google Ads/SEM, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, display, and programmatic. Own performance accountability across all paid channels that support execution; you own the strategy.
Digital Strategy & CRO
Drive multi-entity digital strategy across all seven brands. Design and execute A/B tests across landing pages, ads, and email. Own conversion rate optimization-identifying friction, forming hypotheses, implementing improvements.
GHL & Email
Lead GHL campaign strategy-audience segmentation, funnel architecture, automation, and performance optimization. Own email campaign strategy including audience logic, segmentation, cadence, and content direction across all entities.
Analytics & Reporting
Own GA4 implementation and reporting across all entities. Synthesize GA4 and GHL data into a monthly executive performance report. Present findings to leadership with analytical precision.
Reputation Management
Own reputation strategy across all entities-Birdeye, Podium, and comparable platforms. Build review acquisition programs. Monitor sentiment and escalate risks to leadership.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days
  • Digital audit complete across all seven entities; first executive report delivered.
  • Paid media accounts reviewed and actively optimized.
  • GA4 and GHL reporting pipeline established.

First 6 Months
  • Measurable improvements in paid efficiency, conversion rates, and email performance.
  • Monthly reporting cadence valued by leadership.

First Year
  • Recognized as the digital performance authority across the Optimum platform.
  • Consistently embodying the Optimum Standard.

Who Thrives Here
We want people who bring relentless positivity, a hunger to learn, and the drive to elevate everyone around them. You will likely thrive if:
  • You take ownership rather than waiting for direction.
  • You believe details matter.
  • You enjoy solving problems and seek continuous improvement.
  • You care deeply about patients and their families.
  • You value teamwork and accountability equally.
  • You're coachable, curious, and committed to mastery.

What You Bring
Required
  • 4-6 years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated multi-channel ownership.
  • Hands-on paid media required-Google Ads/SEM, paid social, display, and programmatic. Must be comfortable buying and placing campaigns directly.
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) proficiency-campaign management, analytics, segmentation, and automation.
  • Google Analytics 4 proficiency-tracking, reporting, goal setup, and data interpretation.
  • Email and automation platform expertise including audience logic and segmentation.
  • Reputation management platform experience (Birdeye, Podium, or similar).
  • Data-driven; able to synthesize analytics and present to leadership confidently.
  • AI tools proficiency for campaign research, brief writing, and reporting.

Preferred
  • Healthcare marketing experience.
  • Agency relationship management experience.
  • CRO methodology and A/B testing framework experience.

Our Culture
We act with courage and embrace accountability.
We serve with precision and hold ourselves to impeccable standards-then raise them.
We reject mediocrity and the comfort of "good enough."
We measure success not only by outcomes, but by the integrity, excellence, and humanity we bring to every interaction.
Way Better. Extraordinary by Design.
If you crave mastery, meaning, and measurable impact-welcome home.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Health benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development and continuing education support
  • Opportunity to grow within the Optimum Platform

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Albuquerque, New Mexico office.
