Job description

Marketing Operations Coordinator
Optimum Human + Southwest Women's Oncology | Albuquerque, New Mexico
Why This Role Matters
Great marketing doesn't just happen. It runs on systems, processes, and the people who build and maintain them.
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is the connective tissue that keeps the Optimum Growth Agency running cleanly across seven entities-supporting campaign coordination, platform administration, workflow documentation, and cross-functional communication. This is an entry point into marketing operations leadership for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by making complex things run smoothly. We hire for attitude and aptitude above all else.
Who We Are
Southwest Women's Oncology (SWWO) is New Mexico's leading gynecologic oncology practice, delivering advanced cancer care with skill, courage, and compassion.
Optimum Human and Optimum Infusion extend that mission into performance medicine, infusion services, longevity, recovery, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapies, hyperbaric medicine, aesthetics, and human performance.
Together, we operate as a single integrated platform committed to one mission: to deliver new possibilities in medical care, human performance, and health by uniting passion, knowledge, and precision into something greater than the sum of its parts.
What You'll Own
Campaign Coordination
Maintain the cross-entity marketing calendar and support execution of multi-brand campaigns-coordinating assets, deadlines, and stakeholder communications to keep everything on track.
Platform & Tech Stack Support
Support administration of GoHighLevel, scheduling tools, and reporting dashboards. Assist with new team member onboarding to platforms and flag access gaps or workflow issues to the Marketing Operations Manager.
Documentation & SOPs
Assist in building and maintaining the SOP and playbook library. Document new processes as they develop and use AI tools to accelerate documentation and improve workflow templates.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Track vendor deliverables, deadlines, and contracts across marketing technology partners, print vendors, and media suppliers. Escalate performance concerns and renewal needs as appropriate.
Cross-Functional Communication
Serve as a coordination point between marketing, clinical, front desk, and administrative teams. Maintain clear communication across active projects and surface process friction to the Marketing Operations Manager.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days
  • Fully onboarded to the marketing tech stack; actively supporting campaign coordination.
  • SOP documentation contributions underway for priority workflows.

First 6 Months
  • Campaign coordination running smoothly with proactive stakeholder communication.
  • Platform administration fully owned and measurable SOP contributions delivered.

First Year
  • Recognized as a reliable operational backbone for the marketing team.
  • Consistently embodying the Optimum Standard.

Who Thrives Here
We want people who bring relentless positivity, a hunger to learn, and the drive to elevate everyone around them. You will likely thrive if:
  • You take ownership rather than waiting for direction.
  • You believe details matter.
  • You enjoy solving problems and seek continuous improvement.
  • You care deeply about patients and their families.
  • You value teamwork and accountability equally.
  • You're coachable, curious, and committed to mastery.

What You Bring
Required
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a comparable role.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms-GoHighLevel experience a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with documentation and process writing; able to produce clear, usable SOPs.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for documentation and workflow automation.
  • Clear, proactive communicator with working knowledge of HIPAA basics.

Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-brand, or agency marketing environments.
  • GoHighLevel CRM administration or campaign workflow experience.
  • Experience supporting vendor relationships or event logistics.

Our Culture
We act with courage and embrace accountability.
We serve with precision and hold ourselves to impeccable standards-then raise them.
We reject mediocrity and the comfort of "good enough."
We measure success not only by outcomes, but by the integrity, excellence, and humanity we bring to every interaction.
Way Better. Extraordinary by Design.
If you crave mastery, meaning, and measurable impact-welcome home.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Health benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development and continuing education support
  • Opportunity to grow within the Optimum Platform

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Albuquerque, New Mexico office.
