RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Paid Social Media Marketing Manager to own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across social platforms.
Summary:
This is a hands-on execution role focused on driving subscriptions, lead generation, and customer acquisition through paid social advertising. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing significant advertising budgets, optimizing conversion-based campaigns, understanding marketing funnels, and continuously testing creative, audiences, and messaging to improve CPA and ROAS. This Paid Campaign Manager will complement the existing marketing team and help expand our client's paid social footprint across multiple business verticals.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of paid acquisition experience
* Proven success managing conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns
* Programmatic advertising experience
* YouTube advertising experience
* TikTok advertising experience
* Experience with subscription-based businesses, publishing, media, direct response marketing, financial services, health products, or consumer lead generation
* Familiarity with AI marketing and creative automation tools
* Experience optimizing creative performance and testing frameworks
* Experience scaling campaigns without negatively impacting performance
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Ability to independently prioritize and execute work with minimal supervision
Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets:
* Preferred: $50K+/month directly managed
* Ideal: Experience supporting larger enterprise-level budgets
Deep understanding of:
* Facebook Ads Manager
* Google Ads
* Audience targeting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
