Description
Front Office Sports is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Ad Operations Manager to lead the execution, optimization, and delivery of digital media campaigns across our growing site.
As a key member of the revenue operations team, this role will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from trafficking and QA to pacing, optimization, and reporting-ensuring flawless execution and strong performance for our brand partners.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and is passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Delivery
  • Own the trafficking, setup, and QA of all digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., website, newsletters, video).
  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure delivery goals and performance KPIs are met or exceeded.

Inventory & Yield Management
  • Partner with Account Management to manage inventory availability and allocation.
  • Flag risks to delivery early and provide actionable solutions.

Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and post-campaign recaps.
  • Support the development and delivery of client-facing reports in partnership with Account Management while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems and dashboards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Account Management to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Product on ad tech enhancements and troubleshooting.

Operational Excellence
  • Develop and refine trafficking processes, QA checklists, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager, CRM tools).

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 4-5+ years of experience in digital ad operations, trafficking, or campaign management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ad servers such as Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Strong understanding of digital media metrics (CTR, viewability, pacing, delivery, etc.).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Basic understanding of programmatic advertising, including private marketplace (PMP) and programmatic guaranteed (PG) deals.
  • Experience with tools such as Boostr or similar CRM/reporting platforms is a plus.
